The 12-Week Process in Three Parts
Part I: Branding + Offerings
In the first four weeks of our time together, we will articulate the heart of the brand, from mission, problem, solution and customers served. Then we will clarify the appropriate offerings and create the compelling offers + get an initial MVP out to test.
Part II: Marketing + Promo Assets
The second phase is about developing the marketing material in order to promote your brand and offerings. This includes the initial opt-ins and evergreen content.
Part III: Systems to Launch
The last phase is setting up your appropriate systems in order to scale your delivery to audiences, so that you can do so with high touch and high tech frequency. This includes setting up those automatic email sequences and automatic responses on your DMs.
